JOSEPHS in Nuremberg – where customers become testers and researchers
Test products before they are available in stores, contribute ideas and drive innovation forward – this is what visitors can do at JOSEPHS, a service provider and think-tank run by Fraunhofer IIS and the School of Business and Economics at FAU. The feedback that they give provides useful insights for industry and research.
Activities at JOSEPHS are based around theme worlds which change every three months. Visitors can currently explore six ideas in a playful and innovative setting. The idea is to involve potential customers at the product development stage and apply their feedback to innovative new products to benefit everyone.
While it has been possible for companies to contact target groups directly via the Internet for several years now, JOSEPHS enables them to do this in person. More information is available on the JOSEPHS website (German).
