WiSo-Research Paper awarded at the EIASM-Conference

On September 18th and 19th, 2025, the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia hosted the “20th EIASM Interdisciplinary Conference on Intangibles, Sustainability, and Value Creation: Reporting, Management, and Governance”.

Dr. Christof Neunsinger, research assistant at the Chair of Accounting and Management Control at FAU WiSo (Prof. Dr. Thomas M. Fischer), successfully presented his research paper entitled “Discretionary Cybersecurity-Related Disclosures and Investors’ Assessment of a Firm’s Systematic Risk”. Among the around 80 research papers submitted to the conference, the study was honored with the “Best Junior Contribution to the Theory and Practice Award of Intangibles, IC and Sustainability” for its contribution to academic research and corporate practice.
