Re-registration for the winter semester 2022/23
Do not forget to transfer the semester fee
All students must re-register twice a year for the next semester in order to continue studying at FAU. This is done by transferring the semester fee. It is essential that the money is transferred to the university within the re-registration deadlines, otherwise there is a risk of exmatriculation.
For the upcoming winter semester, all students must re-register from July 1 to July 8, 2022 and transfer the semester fee for this purpose. The semester fee of 117,50 € (Please note that the amount of the semester fee has changed!) consists of the Student Services fee (52,- €) and the contribution for the semester ticket (65,50 €).
In June, all students received an e-mail from the student administration with instructions on how to re-register at their FAU e-mail address. The semester fee must be transferred to the university account given in the e-mail (Staatsoberkasse Landshut, IBAN DE28700500003201190315, BIC BYLADEMMXXX), listing student registration number (without spaces!), surname and given name. If the information is incomplete, unfortunately your transfer cannot be processed and you will not be re-registered.

If you complete your studies at the end of the summer semester or do not wish to continue, re-registration is not necessary.
