Quality management in studying and teaching

An overview of the quality management system

The quality management system at the School of Business, Economics and Society has four dimensions: quality policy and culture, structural quality, process quality, and result quality. It is based on elements of the European Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance (ESG) set by the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education, the requirements of the Standing Conference of the Ministers of Education and Cultural Affairs (KMK) (German) and the criteria for system accreditation by the Accreditation Council (AR).
