The school is organized into institutes and chairs

The School belongs to the Faculty of Business, Economics, and Law. and represents the disciplines of Business, Economics and Society within the faculty.

The School has a specific research profile which has been developed in these areas.

Specific research fields within the school are represented by chairs. Several professors who share research interests may form institutes and work together on interdisciplinary projects with colleagues from other subjects and faculties.

The nine institutes at the School of Business, Economics and Society are organizational units that share a long-term commitment to specific tasks in teaching and research. They collaborate with similar institutes in Germany and abroad, and exchange experience with partners in industry.
