Research at the Institute of Management
The research conducted by the Institute of Management (IFM) is based on an integrated, interdisciplinary approach to management with a holistic, multifunctional perspective. This approach unites quantitative and qualitative methods and applies the principles of application-oriented research.
The priorities in this research area are strategic and international management, industrial management, entrepreneurship, companies in the health sector, operations and supply chain management, and corporate governance.
The work is carried out in collaboration with an international network of research partners. Innovative research topics and methods ensure publication in renowned international journals and a presence at expert conferences, both in Germany and abroad.
